our team

Estland LC is owned and operated by Vada Kelley, Wes Harman, and Ada Hale all of whom are native to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.

Vada Kelley: Vada is a designer, photographer, and partner of Estland. She has been doing graphic design for eight years. Vada has a BFA in Studio Art and Photography from James Madison University. She has an extensive background in graphic design, photo restoration, and 18th century photographic processes.

Wes Harman: Wes is a designer, photographer, inventor, sculptor, and partner of Estland. He has worked with Kershaw and National Geographic and has an extensive knowledge of graphic design, photography, large format printing, race car graphic design, and sign design.

Ada Hale: Ada is an account executive and a partner of Estland. She has been working as a manager in the customer service industry for nine years and studied Theatre and Education at Longwood University. Ada resides locally with her husband and two children. She is committed to putting our customers first and delivering a quality experience that is beyond the best.

Chad Gearing:  Chad is a sales representative for Estland.  He has been working in the customer service industry for over 12 years and is dedicated to giving our customers excellent service.  Chad loves the area and enjoys spending time fishing and hiking in our beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
